Delete account
You can delete your posa account and everything in it, from the app or by writing to us.

From the app
If you sign in with Apple or Google: open posa, go to Account, tap “Delete account” and confirm. It happens right away.
Without the app
Write to hello@posa-app.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete account”. If you sign in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the name you use in events and one event you took part in. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What we delete
The account, the events you created with all their photos and voice messages, and the photos, voice messages and hearts you left in other people's events.
What stays
The record of the deletion request, which proves we carried it out. Purchase receipts are kept by Apple and Google under their own rules.
If you joined as a guest, the account isn't tied to you in any way we can check: write to us with the event and the name you used and we'll remove your photos.
